Professional Training Agreement Terms:

  1. Purpose: This agreement confirms the purchase of one 4-hour professional development session focused on the implementation of the Delivering SMARTER Intervention (DSI) program in your setting.

  2. Scheduling: The session will be scheduled using the scheduling link at a mutually agreed-upon time. The meeting will be hosted on Zoom. Any rescheduling must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

  3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice may result in forfeiture of the session without refund. Exceptions may be made at the Ascend's discretion.

  4. Confidentiality: All information shared during the session will remain confidential, unless disclosure is required by law.

  5. Disclaimer: Professional development training is intended to provide direction and instruction regarding best practices. Ascend does not make guarantees about specific outcomes.

By purchasing this training, the client agrees to the terms outlined above.

Through interactive dialogue and practical demonstrations, participants will gain the skills and confidence needed to deliver impactful, data-driven interventions to support student success.
